FAQ

  • How long are your virtual course sessions?

Virtual full course session segment runs between 60 minutes to 2 hours. While most courses are single-segment offerings, our full course training consists of multiple segments.

  • What are the technology requirements?

For optimal results, each participant needs a computer with a high-speed internet connection and speakers. Ideally, those computers will also have a microphone and webcam. For groups located in the same office, we find the experience works best when people are in the same room, have individual laptops, and are on camera together.

  • Am I able to download a recording to be used in the future?

Unfortunately, no. However, all courses are available for digital download once purchased.

  • I have multiple people who want to take the same course. Are they able to share a registration?

Online courses are priced per seat. Each participant should have his or her own seat in an online course.

  • How long do I have to take a course after I pay for it?

Our courses have a 180 days access period.

  • Will I receive a certificate?

Yes! After successfully completing the Racial Equity Training course, you can download a certificate.

  • I have an additional question that’s not listed, who can I ask?

    Email us at [email protected].

  • What are the technology requirements?

For optimal results, each participant will need a computer or tablet with a high-speed internet connection and speakers. We strongly encourage participants to print the workbook to write on throughout the training and post-training. For those who are taking the course with other paid participants, we strongly encourage you to engage in the reflection, discussion and activities together, ideally in the same room or through video conferencing with cameras on.

  • Who should buy this course?

This course was designed for individuals, educators and leaders who are ready to engage in the hard work and heartwork of understanding racism and uprooting racism in order to facilitate true change internally and externally. If you work within a school, district, higher education, nonprofit or organization that works to educate, influence and impact others, especially youth and people of color, you are in the right place.
